Cancelation and Refund Policy 

• The following terms and conditions apply only to purchases you make at OUR INTERNET STORE.
 
When you receive the jewelry you ordered, you will find that the products offered for sale in the online store are much nicer than they appear in the photos.


You can return the products you bought in the Internet store within 14 days from the day you received them from the carrier and get back the amount you paid. According to the Customer Law, there is no legal obligation to accept return of ring orders. However, since the ring size is custom made for ring orders, 5% will be deducted for returns of orders other than sizes 11-12-13 and 14. (Wedding rings with inscriptions are not returnable).

To exercise this right, Silveroni must be informed of the decision to withdraw within this 14-day period. For the notification it is sufficient to contact us at our contact number.

If you make the return without obtaining Silveroni's consent, your return will not be accepted and your shipment will not be received.

The customer can not exercise the right of withdrawal for products made according to the very specific wishes and requirements of the customer or personalized through modifications or additions. The right of return without loss can not be used for subsequent changes in size of the rings, chain extensions or shortening of the necklaces.

You must send your orders that you wish to return in the form in which they were sent to you, together with the product, the invoice, receipt, the certificate and any gift items with the carrier code that we will provide you.

After we receive the returned product, the price will be credited back to the credit card if the order was placed with a credit card and to the bank account if it was placed by money order/ EFT.

Our return and exchange procedures, valid in all Silveroni stores and outlets, have been elaborated in compliance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and with careful attention to all the rights of our customers.

All transactions are carried out with the jewelry certificate. It is not possible to process jewelry with lost certificate. For this reason we kindly ask you to keep the certificate of the jewelry you purchased.

All diamond products purchased in our stores can be exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase under the conditions stated below if they are unused.


DIAMOND PRODUCTS

  • Exchange without loss: Within 14 days from the date of purchase, you must go to the store where you purchased or the nearest store with your receipt and confirm that your product is eligible for exchange. If your diamond is eligible for exchange, you may only exchange your diamond product for another diamond product. Diamond products cannot be exchanged for gold products.
  • For jewelry that exceeds the 14-day exchange without loss period: If you exchange a product of your choice that is worth twice as much as the jewelry you purchased, no labor charges will be deducted from the first jewelry purchased.
  • For return: If your jewelry is eligible for return, 40% of the labor cost will be deducted from the amount you paid.



GOLD, SILVER AND SIMILAR PRODUCTS

• All products in the category of products (gold, silver, etc.), the prices of which are determined on the stock exchange, are excluded from loss-free return under the law.


• Products that are custom-made at the request of our customers, personalized by changes or additions (customization, inscription, change of bracelet size, other customization, etc.) are excluded from the scope of lossless exchange and return.
